Morris Heavy Liquid Paraffin
Heavy Liquid Paraffin is a highly refined medicinal grade, that is white in colour, odourless and tasteless. This product is extremely stable and will not break down or form sludges.
Applications:
Heavy Liquid Paraffin can be used in applications where there is the potential for incidental food contact, in or around food processing areas including:
- Protective anti-rust film on food processing equipment
- Release agent on gasket or seals on tank closures
- Lubrication of machine parts
Note: This product should never be used for the purpose of cooking or directly preparing food. Always use the minimum amount required to achieve the desired technical effect. If used as an anti-rust film, the product must be removed completely before the equipment is used to eliminate any transfer to food material.
