SKF Speedi-Sleeve are designed to repair worn shafts quickly to reduce costly downtime. No shaft disassembly or machining is required as they are simply pushed into position over the worn area to provide a counterface surface which offers superior sealing characteristics and often outperforms the original life span of the shaft. The sleeves are sufficiently thin-walled to allow the same size of seal to be used. SKF Speedi-Sleeve are made from high quality stainless steel SAE304.
