Here at Ashley Power we are suppliers of a wide range of british and american standard power transmission chain in simplex, duplex and triplex along with connecting links to suit for those odd lengths. We also supply single and double cranked links.

Simplex and duplex chains from ½ - 1 inch pitch are supplied as “easi break” i.e. Copper headed rivets for ease of dismantling with a standard chain splitter which we can also supply from stock. These chains are used in a wide variety of applications including marine, agricultural, general engineering, gardening equipment and food processing.

Riveted endless chains are also available typically for use as timing drives on automotive vehicles from buses, tractors and trucks through to vintage cars etc.

Attachments can be added to the standard chain by converting side plates, using larger diameter rollers and extended length pins it is possible to attach rubber pads, flat belting, scrapers and other materials directly to a power transmission set up. The standard roller chain then becomes a conveyor chain, commonly used in food processing plants
